From the Desk of Our Executive Project Coordinator

Our vision is to grow the society into a stable health facility, where our community will continue to benefit from various medical services, through the application of the best management practices.  It is our goal to maintain being the best caring of the countless suffering people in slums and in the region.

ARROW WEB HOSPITAL was founded in 2005 to with basic objective to provide community quality and affordable health care to develop and improve their economic status. mind that the competition from other health facility has made as grows all the times, rapidly and fiercely.

The five years of existence the ARROW WEB HOSPITAL is still growing to grater heights of success,  to the commitment from staff. Volunteers and sponsors the management teams and the members have made it possible to hold the AGMs every year as required by our constitutions.  The first AGM held on 16^th June, 2005, where the pioneering interim management team was subjected to approval by all of our members.  Today we have registered a total of 34,000 patients who are getting our services.

This growth has been achieved and maintained by making the Arrow web hospital to attractive to the community, members, through dedication and contribution from community themselves as principle shareholders, and effective and efficient management teams.

The hardworking staff of Arrow web hospital is at the centre of this success.  The adoption of open access approach and development of high mutual trust has been an important factor to or success.  The members believe in the integrity, character and ability.  We need to maintain this spirit to be consistent, reliable and predictable and having good judgment in what we do.  With openness and willingness to each other this growth and development will definitely continue for years to come.  Sky is the limit for Arrow web hospital.
